I bought a pair of chelsea bot from MLO. The leather quality was quite good, felt very premium for the price point. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, almost ten days even with free shipping. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it still felt a bit slow. The boots fit well though, so I was pleased with the product itself.
